A simple header login that can be used in banners administration meaning no need to edit themes or core files. 
Install
  1. Upload all files and folders in the main /files/ folder.
  2. Go to Site Admin >>>  System Admin >>> Banners: 
  3. Paste this code into Banner 2 and save.
