Some configuration options exists at the top of "theme.php":

$theme_width = "996px"; // Theme widht
- Oweall theme widht. Use ???px for fixed theme widht, or ??% for adjustable width (where ?? is a numeric value of your choice).

$com_panel = false; //Include the built-in comments panel. Values: true || false
- If set to true it will enable a "latest comments panel" below the left and right side-panels
- By default, this value is set to false.

$u_panel = true; // Display a login-panel for Guests when inside /forum/. Values: true || false
- The theme hides all sidepanels when inside the forum. By default it will display a "login-panel" at top of the forum pages (for Guests).

You can add links in the bottom menu by adding them in the footerlinks_panel_include.php in the same way the demolinks are already added for exemplification.
