Description
With this infusion you can set notice message so your users can see on front page! 
Install
 
  1. Upload Administration and infusion folder to the root of your server
  2. Go to Admin Panel >>> System Admin >>> Infusions and Select DF Notice Panel and click on Infuse the panel will be enabled when you infuse DF Notice Panel
  3. Done

v1.00 - First Public Release
v1.01 - Have add opentable(); so we now can use the new funktion (notice title as works with BBCodes) and i have add a notice message in admin area as will display if DF Notice Panel is Enabled or not.
v1.02 - Have add a option to set access on who as can see the message. Suggested by RaZorMan
