This is a user field and a ore file modification of messages.php which when enabled allows members to post a vacation message which will display when another member tries to send them a private message. A member can enter a message in their profile and this will disable pm's from other members as long as the message is left.

• It only blocks members from sending pm's. Admins and above are exempt. To restore incoming PM's just clear the textarea in your profile.

1. Upload files from download to reflect folder structure
2. Go to Admin Panel - Users Admin - User Fields
3. Enable Vacation Message user field
4. The modified version of messages.php must be uploaded for this to work.
