What you get:

A 'brown/grey/tan/cyan over black' 1001 pixel width theme for PHF v7.00.xx that aligns itself
'center screen' for resolutions greater than 1024x768.
Installation:
  • Upload the 'Ruins' folder to your 'root/themes' folder and enable as usual.
  • Adjust 'styles.css' colors and parameters to your liking.
Core File Modification:
  • None

The Ruins
CONFIGURATION:
  • To create your own 'logo' image I have provided a blank in 'themes/Ruins/images/' called 'mylogoblank.png'.
  • It is a black background, transparent PNG image with a suitable color palette for creating text using your favorite graphics editing program. I personally like to use Paint Shop Pro.
  • Or create your own logo; can be a transparent GIF as well. If you use the blank I provided, when satisfied just 'Save As' mylogo.png and it will replace the one I have
    in place already.
  • If you prefer no logo at all just open 'theme.php' and do the following:
  • Find echo "<td class='full-header' height='250' valign='top'><img src='".THEME."'images/mylogo.png' width='402' height='107' alt='' /></td>\n";
  • And replace with:

MISCELLANEOUS:
  • Header and column images taken from a 'skin template' for
    open source software, "b2evolution Blog system"
