Unzip the df_user_info_pnael_v1_00.zip.
With your FTP client navigate to /Fusion_Chat_V1.00/ folder then to the /files/ folder in there is the /infusions/ folder which contains the df_user_info_panel folder. Upload the /infusions/ folder to your PHP-Fusion sites FTP Root directory.
Now go to Your Site >>> Admin >>> System >>> Panels >>> Add New LEFT or RIGHT Panel >>> Name The Panel whatever you want to name it >>> Select df_user_info_panel from the Panel File name drop down >>> Click >>> Save >>> Go Back to Panels Management Admin and enable.
Done!
NOTES:This panel works and displays best in modern browsers
